Reservation and Payment:

a. All reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel.

b. Payment terms, including deposits, cancellation fees, and refund policies, are outlined during the reservation process. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in reservation cancellation.

Check-In and Check-Out:

a. Check-in time is between 12 pm and 4 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is between 6 am and 12 pm on the day of departure.

b. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to additional charges and room availability.

Guest Responsibilities:

a. Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process.

b. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the hotel property, including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, and amenities, due to their actions or negligence.

Hotel Policies:

a. Guests must comply with all hotel policies and regulations regarding conduct, noise levels, smoking, pets, and use of facilities.

b. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these policies without any refund or compensation.

Limitation of Liability:

a. The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or civil disturbances.

b. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

Modifications and Cancellations:

a. The hotel reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives or refunds.

b. Guests may cancel or modify their reservation according to the hotel’s cancellation policy, as outlined during the reservation process.

Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, Mugla province. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkiye.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments:

The hotel reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Terms will be posted on our website.
